I consider myself to be a well-rounded and grounded individual. I strive to cultivate both my mental and physical well-being. I work hard at my career, but look forward to the weekend and having some fun as well. I like to stay fit, but I'm not fanatical about it. It's important to me that my partner is health conscience as well. I've taken some swing dancing lessons and it was a lot of fun. I enjoy the nostalgia of that era and style of music as well. It would be great if my partner shared this interest as I would like to get good enough to go out dancing to some live bands now and then. I prefer being active as opposed to vegetating in front of the TV. I'm open to most outdoor activities and also like going on weekend road trips. As far as sports go I'm a fan of soccer, golf, hockey, and tennis for the most part. I played soccer, football, and tennis growing up. I'm serious when I need to be, but love to laugh as often as I can. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor so it is essential that you love to jibe back and forth jokingly and not take yourself too seriously. I love comedy, but I appreciate a good drama as well. I love "Dumb and Dumber" as much as I love "The Shawshank Redemption". I think it's essential to have a good balance in life. Although I like sports I also appreciate the arts as well and I actually like to attend cultural events, or go antiquing. I don't do malls though, unless it's a nice outdoor mall. I do however enjoy going shopping for clothing for my partner...believe it or not. LOL! The things I value most in my life are my relationship, career, home, and friends and I hope to find someone who values these things as well.
